About The Position
IVX Health is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead its infusion centers in Fairfield County, Connecticut, including locations in Norwalk, Orange, Danbury, and Stamford. The role oversees day-to-day market operations and supports financial and operational performance while ensuring a seamless, compassionate patient experience. The director mentors center-level teams, partners with central functions and business development, supports new center launches, and works to grow patient volume and improve operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience managing a P&L and leading clinical and administrative teams.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple infusion centers and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Support the market’s P&L and maintain strong financial and operational performance.
- Serve as an escalation resource and resolve operational and clinical challenges.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop center-level staff.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll to drive productivity and accountability.
- Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Leadership to optimize processes and resolve operational barriers.
- Support the launch and operational success of new infusion centers.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to achieve patient census goals and grow patient volume across centers.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and vendor partners.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations to enhance patient care and operational performance.
