About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Operations Director to lead our East Coast operations, driving transformation, operational excellence, and outstanding customer outcomes across our logistics and customer care functions. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for leading large, multi-site teams in a highly regulated, global environment. You will be responsible for delivering strategic objectives, financial performance, and service excellence, while shaping the future of regional operations at scale. Requirements

A strategic, forward-thinking mindset, with strong commercial and financial acumen
Proven ability to lead multi-site/regional operations within complex, highly regulated global environments
A track record of delivering large-scale transformation in logistics and customer operations
Significant senior leadership experience within specialty logistics, freight forwarding, or life sciences/pharmaceutical supply chains
A data-driven approach, with the ability to translate insight into action
Strong experience in end-to-end logistics and customer operations delivery
A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence at executive level
A passion for operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
