About The Position
FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Hot Spring County, Arkansas, and surrounding communities. This role involves performing brief, exterior visits to confirm property status and report on general conditions. The position offers autonomy in managing your own routing, schedule, and territory, with standard inspections typically requiring only 5-6 minutes on-site. Contractors are responsible for providing their own equipment, including a reliable vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet and printer, and must possess strong time-management skills and the ability to pass a background check. This is a 1099 position with flat-rate pay per inspection, with earning potential estimated at $25-$35 per hour for efficient contractors. The territory, Hot Spring County, averages approximately 5 inspections per month.
Requirements
