Regional Neighbor Ambassador (Mansion Grove & Spruce)
About The Position
Some companies call them “Leasing Agents” or “Leasing Consultants,” but at Prometheus our Regional Neighbor Ambassadors do so much more. As a Regional Neighbor Ambassadors, your role is a constant blend of Customer Service, Sales, and Administration. Your job is to make sure our Neighbors feel at HOME, ridiculously well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods. You help make renting easy by guiding Future Neighbors through our Ultimate Leasing Experience. You will also learn how to master the operations of property management by creating Neighborhood reports, conducting market surveys, preparing rental agreements, or posting apartment advertisements. Every day brings something a little different and challenges you to grow in new ways. You'll be empowered to solve problems by indulging your creativity and be supported by others who love to do the same. This is an entry-level opportunity to get you started on a long-term career journey.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure Neighbors feel at home, well-cared for, and proud to live in the community.
- Guide prospective residents (Future Neighbors) through the leasing process.
- Create Neighborhood reports.
- Conduct market surveys.
- Prepare rental agreements.
- Post apartment advertisements.
