About The Position

InnovaCare Management Services Company, LLC is seeking a Regional Membership Growth Manager to lead field team performance in achieving membership growth and retention goals. This role involves managing key relationships, budgets, and strategic partnerships with health plans and community stakeholders. The manager will oversee outreach, events, and presentations to drive growth and brand awareness, monitor performance, and ensure consistent execution and reporting. Collaboration with internal teams and clinics is crucial for aligning and driving market growth strategies, with a focus on reviewing performance data and implementing strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be fluent and able to present confidently
  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience (mandatory)
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Sales experience required with a proven ability to drive results and team performance
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and performance management skills
  • Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and present to large groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a field-based, hybrid role (up to 90% travel)
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, healthcare outreach, or provider relations
  • Existing relationships with local brokers, benefit advisors, or community partners
  • Experience working in an MSO, medical group, or healthcare network
  • Experience managing field-based sales or outreach teams
  • Experience using CRM systems or tracking tools for outreach and reporting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding membership growth and performance targets
