As a Regional Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering impactful regional marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and commercial success across international markets. Our International Marketing team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in executing high-quality marketing campaigns and events. Working closely with the International Marketing Manager, regional sales teams, partners, and central marketing functions, you’ll act as the go-to marketing coordinator for the region. From localizing global campaigns to delivering professionally run events, you’ll ensure regional activity is seamless, on-brand, and aligned with broader marketing priorities. Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing coordination, events, or regional marketing support role
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Experience supporting events, trade shows, or partner programmes
  • Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of delivery
  • Collaborative and confident working with sales teams, partners, and central functions
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure, particularly around events and deadlines
  • Motivated by the opportunity to support regional growth and build strong local market presence

Responsibilities

  • Support regional marketing coordination through the execution of global and regional marketing plans within the assigned region
  • Localize and deploy global marketing assets in line with brand guidelines and regional requirements
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for regional stakeholders and partners
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver regional events including seminars, partner events, training sessions, and trade shows
  • Own event logistics end-to-end, including venues, suppliers, branding, registrations, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate marketing support for major international events (e.g. Intersec Dubai), ensuring regional readiness and execution
  • Manage relationships with local agencies, venues, and suppliers as required
  • Work with the Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead to adapt and localize marketing assets for regional use
  • Coordinate production and distribution of event and marketing materials
  • Ensure all regional materials adhere to global brand standards
  • Track regional marketing activity and provide updates on progress, outcomes, and key metrics
  • Support lead capture and follow-up coordination in collaboration with sales and digital teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, timelines, and regional ways of working
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
