About The Position

The Regional Market Engagement Coordinator supports the Marietta office’s local client engagement, brand awareness, community presence, and business development efforts. This role works closely with office leadership, advisors, COIs, community partners, and the Merit Marketing team to ensure local initiatives are coordinated, professionally executed, and aligned with firm standards. This position is highly relationship- and execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys organization, local market engagement, and helping an office bring business development opportunities to life. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, relationship-oriented, and comfortable representing Merit in the local market. This individual should be able to manage details, coordinate across stakeholders, support client and prospect experiences, and help strengthen the office’s presence with COIs, community partners, and other local referral relationships while maintaining clear alignment with Marketing’s centralized processes and standards.
