About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of 10-20 restaurants in the Nashville/Central Tennessee region. You will be responsible for driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance, while ensuring that all restaurants operate in accordance with company standards and brand values.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit operation
• Proven track record of success in driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership, people development, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferable

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant District Managers
• Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
• Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food quality, and guest service
• Provide coaching and mentorship to District Managers and General Managers
• Recruit, hire, and train qualified restaurant staff
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage regional budgets and financial performance
• Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant teams, guests, and local communities
