About The Position

Oversee all aspects of the operations, sales, and service of your region's branches. Hire, train, and develop personnel as well as ensure that the overall operations of the branches you are responsible for is in compliance with rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies set forth by the regulating bodies and Pest USA. The regional manager is responsible for leading and managing daily operations for each branch to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. Duties include guiding management staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Must be able to travel throughout the assigned region as needed
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends as required
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Able to pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the daily operations of multiple branches within the assigned region.
  • Ensure each branch meets performance targets, maintains profitability, and adheres to company standards.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate branch managers and support their professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and inspections to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
  • Manage budgets, set and monitor performance objectives, and support branches in achieving revenue goals.
  • Enforce regulatory, safety, and quality standards at all branches.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns, incident reports, and legal matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead disciplinary actions when necessary and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and present detailed operational and financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Attend and prepare for inspections, branch meetings, and owner meetings.
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain and ensure safe operation of company fleet vehicles.
  • Serve as a point of contact between corporate and branch operations, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Demonstrate leadership through professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to continuous education in the industry.
  • Attend all required training sessions.
  • All other duties as assigned.
