Sares Regis Group Residential of Newport Beach, California, is a privately held real estate development, investment and management firm that focuses on multifamily communities in the western U.S. Since its founding in 1993, SRG Residential has developed and acquired more than $7 billion in commercial and residential assets. The company manages a portfolio of approximately 42,000 apartment units. These positions will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.

Requirements

Must obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role
Experience in multi-family property management
Proven leadership skills
Experience managing 3rd party client relationships
Strong financial background
Must be able to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

Prefer 5 years experience as a Regional Manager
Lease-up experience preferred but not required
Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)

Responsibilities

Act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.
Travel as needed.
