As a Field Logistics Regional Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in our US Supply Chain organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or a related analytical or consulting role
  • Strong leadership experience with direct responsibility for people management and performance development
  • Proven ability to analyze inventory and operational data to drive decision making and efficiency
  • Experience working in regulated environments with strong compliance requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as APICS, Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Field Logistics and Mobile Specialists across a US field region, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and compliance
  • Own day to day inventory and logistics operations, ensuring adherence to Operations Checklists, SOPs, and audit readiness requirements
  • Implement and continuously improve inventory asset management practices to maximize utilization and minimize investment
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and field teams to deliver excellent operational and surgical support
  • Oversee training and onboarding of logistics team members and support continuous learning across compliance and operational processes
  • Manage physical inventories, cycle counts, consignment agreements, and custody documentation with accuracy and accountability
  • Analyze instrument and implant utilization data to identify efficiencies and drive improved asset performance
  • Lead recall execution and partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure full compliance
  • Deliver regular reporting and financial analysis related to inventory, freight, courier usage, and territory level P&L impacts
  • Contribute to companywide best practices, SOP development, and process and system enhancements
