About The Position

White Glove Janitorial is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee its operations in its NW Iowa region. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys managing people, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. You'll oversee the janitorial service at local commercial facilities and directly support your team, while working closely with fellow managers to keep operations running smoothly. No two days are the same. This position offers a very flexible and variable schedule so you can work around your life. You'll spend time in the office planning and coordinating, as well as out in the field coaching employees, meeting with customers, conducting quality inspections, and supporting your team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop Your Team: Hire, train, and coach janitorial employees, Supervise and support your team, Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee cleaning operations across local commercial facilities, Ensure services meet White Glove and customer quality standards, Conduct regular quality inspections, Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs, Assist with new account startups and operational transitions
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, Build long-term relationships through outstanding communication and service
  • Manage Resources & Administrative Tasks: Manage inventory, supply ordering, and supply distribution, Monitor labor hours and supply usage to help meet company goals
  • Promote Safety: Ensure compliance with company safety policies, Train employees on proper equipment use, chemical handling, and safe work practices
  • Support the Team: Assist with floor care projects when needed, Help provide coverage for fellow managers and office staff, Assist with general office responsibilities as needed
