About The Position

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing district operations, financial performance, and quality standards across multiple studios. This role provides leadership and strategic direction to studio teams, ensures superior member experiences, drives employee achievement, and maintains the integrity of the Stretch Zone® brand.

Requirements

Experience in multi-unit management
Strong sales background with proven success in previous roles
Ability to develop and execute a high-level business plan
Ability to set clear goals and have accountability for achieving them
Ability to articulate variances in revenue/sales/expenses versus budget
Ability to think critically and solve unexpected problems quickly

Nice To Haves

Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF
License in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work

Responsibilities

In-Depth Analysis and Optimization of Studio Metrics: Sales comparisons over extended periods, Lead generation, Member retention and satisfaction, Refunds/returns, Closing percentages, Projections
Develop a strategic plan of action for business development
Creating weekly meeting schedules with a clear plan of action for each studio
Monitor schedules to ensure we are properly staffed
Assess the performance of Lead Sales Associates daily and hold them accountable to daily sales goals
Have a presence in studios daily, coaching, developing, and ensuring proper daily operations
Ensure all reports are sent and accurate daily
Track employee time clocks and utilization
Consistent communication with corporate to ensure you are up to date with all initiatives
Handle all higher-level customer service requests
Daily, weekly, and monthly accountability of sales goals
Develop marketing strategies
