About The Position

Lead REMONDIS waste operations across Sydney in this full-time permanent role. You'll drive profitable growth while ensuring the highest standards of safety and service delivery across multiple branches. As Regional Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our commercial and industrial waste business operations, with a focus on increasing incoming material volumes, sales of products and the management of contract. This role will see you managing key performance indicators including safety, productivity, profitability and compliance. You'll be a key member of our NSW leadership team, developing business strategy and identifying growth opportunities across the region.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Environment or related field
Management experience in industrial organisation (waste, energy, logistics, manufacturing)
Strong people leadership with comprehensive business unit responsibility
Experience managing financial performance, safety and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong business and financial acumen with well-developed IT literacy

Cert IV in WHS highly regarded
