Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of regional property management experience, with a proven track record of success.
Experience in Yardi Voyager a plus.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring that each one meets our high standards of excellence.
Inspire and lead a team of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional service to our residents.
Take ownership of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to optimize property performance.
Cultivate positive relationships with residents through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct regular market analyses to make strategic recommendations for property improvements and leasing strategies.
