About The Position

Best Upon Request (BEST) is a values-based, Great Place to Work-Certified company providing on-site concierge services as an employee benefit and patient amenity to healthcare systems and large employers across the United States. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. We're hiring a Regional Manager to lead and grow concierge programs at BEST's client accounts across the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County region. This is a high-impact leadership role in one of the most complex and dynamic markets in the country — requiring someone who can navigate diverse health care and corporate environments, manage across significant geography, and build lasting client trust in a market where relationships and reputation move fast.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in operations, account management, hospitality, or multi-site service delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large client relationships and senior stakeholders.
  • Based in Greater Los Angeles or Orange County, with comfort being in field 3-4 days per week across a wide regional footprint and significant drive time.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality, healthcare, concierge services, or service-based background.
  • Coaching, supervisory, or team-leadership experience.
  • Prior LA/OC market experience.
  • Change-management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships with client sponsors and program owners.
  • Lead business reviews, strategic check-ins, and ongoing communication.
  • Resolve issues proactively; surface program improvements and risks to leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop concierge team members and emerging leaders.
  • Set clear expectations, reinforce service standards, recognize performance.
  • Maintain strong team connection through consistent site presence.
  • Drive performance across utilization, service levels, and client metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with systems, processes, standards, and contract obligations.
  • Lead day-to-day problem-solving, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Sales on renewals, upsells, and expansion conversations.
  • Identify program enhancements that increase client value.
  • Represent BEST at client events and networking moments.
