• Experience identifying opportunities, generating leads, and expanding customer relationships
• Experience executing regional strategies
• Experience championing education and engagement

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for your region, partnering with employers, governing bodies, and key stakeholders (including unions and associations)
• Act as the trusted liaison between customers, MERS teams, and external partners
• Deliver consultative guidance on MERS products and services
• Lead presentations to boards, committees, and workgroups
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and expanding customer relationships
• Execute regional strategies while operating with a high degree of autonomy
• Champion education and engagement to enhance customer understanding and value
