About The Position

Sares Regis Group Residential (SRG) is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee one of its Los Angeles portfolios. This role is directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations, and financial performance of the assigned multi-family portfolio. The Regional Manager will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions, and relations. SRG Residential is a privately held real estate development, investment, and management firm focusing on multifamily communities in the western U.S. Since its founding in 1993, SRG Residential has developed and acquired more than $7 billion in commercial and residential assets and manages a portfolio of approximately 42,000 apartment units.

Requirements

5 years managerial experience
Proven leadership skills
Experience managing client relationships
Strong financial background

Nice To Haves

Experience with high rise, lease-ups, and the Los Angeles market preferred

Responsibilities
