The role involves providing leadership, guidance, and training to property staff, managing their performance, and resolving personnel issues. The Regional Manager develops marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals, ensures portfolio compliance with company policies, and makes regular site visits to provide recommendations for property improvement. They also manage budgets, review financial statements, procure bids for capital work, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. The position requires decision-making that avoids discrimination and assists with resident issues when property staff cannot. The Regional Manager is also responsible for maintaining operational documentation, reporting property incidents, and assisting with special projects as assigned.
