About The Position

Brakes Plus is seeking a Regional Manager to support operations in the Des Moines, Iowa market. This role involves fostering a highly motivated team environment, working closely with Store Managers to enhance their performance, develop team members, execute store processes, and ensure an industry-leading customer experience. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for recruiting and retaining talent, implementing sales strategies, and supporting the overall success of the stores within their assigned region, which may span multiple cities and/or states.

Requirements

Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve issues, and make decisions.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure and solve problems.
Must create schedules and analyze reports.
Must be able to keep and maintain a budget for the region and individual stores.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to mentor others in a manner that ensures efficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to develop professional relationships with store managers.
Proven track record of exceeding business objectives.
Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Oversee Brakes Plus locations in the assigned region.
Meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
Staff the region with strong employees.
Retain the team and ensure people are in the right positions.
Handle employee reviews and personnel issues.
Resolve customer complaints.
Review, approve, and control payroll through scheduling, payroll reports, and percentages.
Create a highly motivated team environment/climate.
Coach and train using S&P's.
Evaluate performance and productivity of all personnel.
Ensure store safety, including the use and maintenance of safety equipment.
