Our Regional Managers are responsible for overseeing the operations, management, and growth of a specific region, ensuring the smooth functioning of business activities, and achieving company goals within that region.

Requirements

Construction and leadership experience required
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar industry-specific software

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related business field preferred but not required - or a combination of a related education (associate degree in skilled trade) and in-depth experience in electrical construction, automation, or industrial engineering)
Demonstrated experience in managing projects within key industries such as food processing, energy facilities, water/wastewater plants or similar industrial environments preferred

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day regional office activities within a specific region
Foster and maintain a strong safety-first culture in both office and site environments
Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures across office and field operations within the region
Drive operational excellence ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures in each office
Develop and mentor regional staff
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and guide development
Collaborate for Business Development to execute sales strategies for the region
Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting strategies, as necessary
Manage and track regional budgets and expenditures
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
Oversee project delivery in the region to deliver high quality work within scope and budget
Coordinate with cross function teams to define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient project execution
Build client relations within a region to support regional growth and enhance the Interstates portfolio for future opportunities
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement or growth
Oversee recruitment needs and staffing levels to meet operational needs in the region
