About The Position
As a Regional Manager, your key responsibilities will be to plan, monitor and manage long-term strategic projects / programs from initiation through completion. This position secures required resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes and is responsible for project success and profitability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
- Willingness to travel to project sites frequently
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with B2W is a plus
