About The Position

Workout Anytime is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-performing Regional Manager to join our leadership team starting July 2026 . This individual will oversee multiple club locations, drive operational excellence, develop world-class teams, and help shape the future of our growing region. The Regional Manager will lead 5–7 clubs, ensuring each location delivers exceptional member experiences, meets KPI targets, and executes systems with consistency. This is a hands-on leadership role—perfect for someone who loves fitness, coaching teams, and building high-performing clubs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience as a General Manager in a fitness or high-volume service environment.
  • Proven success in hitting sales goals and driving PT performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel weekly between clubs.
  • High ownership mindset—someone who raises standards, not just maintains them.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
  • Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep.
  • Conduct weekly club evaluations and support GMs in implementing improvements.
  • Drive monthly membership goals and coach teams through daily accountability.
  • Ensure the tour process, follow-ups, and sales systems are executed with excellence.
  • Support presales, grand openings, and major regional promotions.
  • Strengthen PT conversions, retention, and monthly revenue.
  • Lead coach certifications, Success Session training, and mentorship.
  • Develop Fitness Directors and Master Trainers.
  • Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and key staff.
  • Lead weekly leadership calls, monthly reviews, and performance plans.
  • Build strong culture, morale, and retention across all clubs.
  • Manage revenue, payroll, and expense control.
  • Monitor KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and implement action-oriented plans.
  • Achieve regional goals for membership, PT, retention, and attrition.
  • Support local marketing efforts, community events, and business partnerships.
  • Help clubs grow their online presence and review volume.
