About The Position

The Regional Manager for Wholesale Division is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of wholesale lending operations within a designated geographic region in the United States. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and achieving targeted loan volume and profitability goals. The Regional Manager will lead a team of sales and operational professionals, providing strategic direction and support to optimize loan origination processes and customer satisfaction. They will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies. Ultimately, this position ensures the seamless execution of wholesale loan programs while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale lending or mortgage loan management.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving loan production targets.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
