About The Position

Lead the people rebuilding homes and businesses across Team Hart's five Texas markets. We are looking for an experienced construction leader who can coach local project managers, solve field problems, and make sure projects finish with quality workmanship, satisfied customers, and healthy margins. This is a hands-on regional leadership role, not an inspection-only position. You will provide day-to-day construction oversight across Amarillo, Abilene, San Angelo, Victoria, and Sugar Land, combining project reviews with purposeful jobsite visits.

Requirements

At least five years of construction experience and three years of management experience.
Strong working knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods, job costing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
A practical leader who can coach others, address problems directly, and follow through without constant supervision.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the region, including overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach local construction project managers, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable for results.
Review project schedules, scopes, budgets, estimates, and change orders to keep work moving and protect profitability.
Inspect workmanship, identify problems early, and verify that corrective work and punch lists are completed properly.
Help project managers resolve subcontractor, material, scheduling, and customer issues before they become costly delays.
Reinforce consistent project documentation, safety practices, code compliance, and customer communication across locations.
Partner with local general managers and company leadership to recover stalled jobs, reduce rework, and improve closeout.
Track project performance and follow through on commitments, with clear owners and deadlines.
