About The Position

This role is responsible for completing all maintenance work assigned in a timely and efficient manner. This may include remodeling of new and existing buildings, and hauling files and other property to storage facilities or landfills. The position requires maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Organization skills
• Submitting to and passing successfully a criminal records check and a drug screening test.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Good organization skills.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry work.
• Ability to complete job tasks in a timely fashion.
• Ability to get along with diverse personalities and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walk and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance work assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Remodeling of new and existing buildings may be required.
• Files and other property may need to be hauled to storage facilities or landfill.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
