About The Position

Broad Management Group is seeking a strong Regional Maintenance Supervisor for our South Georgia portfolio. This is an opportunity for an experienced HVAC and apartment maintenance professional to take ownership, strengthen operations, control costs, build a reliable team, and make a visible impact across the region. The initial focus will be at 1 of the GA properties for approximately 6-9 months, with the role expanding to support additional South Georgia properties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in maintenance, HVAC, or property management preferred.
  • HVAC certification and strong HVAC experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven multifamily maintenance experience with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, unit turns, and building systems.
  • Maintenance supervisory or leadership experience preferred, with the ability to train, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Experience controlling maintenance costs, managing inventory, coordinating vendors, and prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, make sound decisions, and work alongside the team as needed.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to travel throughout the South Georgia Region, and willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support maintenance teams across assigned properties while ensuring work is completed effectively, efficiently, and professionally.
  • Take ownership of the property by focusing on team building, cost control, unit turns, and property improvements.
  • Provide hands-on maintenance support, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, unit turns, and general building maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and property standards across the regional portfolio.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with property managers, regional managers, vendors, and maintenance staff to prioritize work orders, emergencies, turns, and projects.
  • Train, mentor, and hold maintenance staff accountable while helping build strong, dependable teams.
  • Monitor maintenance costs, materials, inventory, tools, equipment, and vendor services to support budget goals and cost control.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, repairs, inventory, and vendor activity.
  • Travel within approximately a 4-hour radius to provide leadership, training, oversight, and hands-on support.
