Palms Associates is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager to support a portfolio of six communities across the Triangle. Requirements

  • 5+ years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience
  • Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
  • EPA 608 certification required (CPO preferred)
  • Experience leading teams and improving operations
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property walks, inspections, and safety audits
  • Strengthen preventive maintenance programs and shop standards
  • Support capital projects, renovations, and large-scale repairs
  • Partner with onsite teams to improve performance and accountability
  • Train, mentor, and onboard maintenance staff
  • Ensure OSHA, EPA, and local compliance across all communities
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
  • Support vendor management, scopes, and quality control
