About The Position

Palms Associates is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager to support a portfolio of six communities across the Triangle. Requirements

5+ years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience
Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
EPA 608 certification required (CPO preferred)
Experience leading teams and improving operations
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

Conduct property walks, inspections, and safety audits
Strengthen preventive maintenance programs and shop standards
Support capital projects, renovations, and large-scale repairs
Partner with onsite teams to improve performance and accountability
Train, mentor, and onboard maintenance staff
Ensure OSHA, EPA, and local compliance across all communities
Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
Support vendor management, scopes, and quality control
