Regional Maintenance Lead
About The Position
GRE Management is seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Maintenance Specialist to support our multifamily apartment communities throughout Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working alongside onsite teams to elevate property performance and resident satisfaction. Requirements
- Extensive experience in multifamily maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and with our teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC I & II Certifications Preferred.
- CPO certified Preferred.
