About The Position

We are seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to oversee logistics, supply chain operations, and distribution for our Polymers & Coatings (Carbonates) division. This position manages P&L responsibilities, drives actionable KPIs, and optimizes transportation across multiple modes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management-level experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and multi-dataset analysis.
• In-depth understanding of multimodal transportation (trucking, rail, maritime, and warehousing).
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with high flexibility and attention to detail.
• Measured and impartial approach to leadership.
• Ability to travel 15%–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional logistics operations, supply chain management, and distribution strategy.
• Manage full P&L responsibilities for regional logistics operations.
• Implement and track actionable KPIs to continuously improve efficiency and service quality.
• Manage transportation and warehousing across trucking, rail, and maritime shipping modes.
• Ensure a strong customer-centric focus while balancing economic and analytical requirements.
• Lead successful onboarding processes and team leadership initiatives.
