San Diego Regional Loan Officer
About The Position
Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Regional Loan Officer to run their business remotely on a P&L basis. This role offers uncapped commissions and access to a wide range of loan products for all borrower types. You will have the opportunity to either build and lead a team of additional Loan Officers or operate as an individual Loan Officer. The company is licensed in 28 states and provides administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong relationship-building skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to become their own boss.
Requirements
- An active NMLS/MLO license (required)
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
Nice To Haves
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month
Responsibilities

- Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes
