About The Position

Educational Service Unit 7 is accepting applications for a full-time Regional Literacy Coach. The Regional Literacy Coach will lead and support systemic efforts to improve foundational literacy across our 19 districts. This position is responsible for providing educators with professional learning and coaching grounded in the Science of Reading, while supporting teachers and administrators in delivering explicit, systematic literacy instruction and implementing high-quality instructional materials. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position will remain open until filled. Requirements

• Five years teaching and/or administrative experience
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid Nebraska Teaching and/or Administrative Certificate
• Nebraska Driver's License
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred
