Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment
  • Superior customer service skills and desire to help people
  • Strong detail orientation, administrative and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers, including word processing, excel, calendar management, software/database
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors

Responsibilities

  • Handles income sales by phone, email, walk-in, and online chat; manages follow-up on all requests.
  • Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Saturday experience of the highest quality.
  • Consistently communicates with active prospects.
  • Uses a consultative leasing approach to elevate customer needs while communicating relevant benefits.
  • Effectively qualifies prospective residents and updates records as necessary.
  • Provides a seamless sales experience to the customer by working with other team members through the sales process.
  • Travels to multiple sites and leases apartment homes to achieve occupancy/availability goals for the division.
  • Distribute and track lease renewal offers in accordance with current policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Supports Saturday Properties’ culture and values to achieve top Satisfacts survey scores and reviews.
  • Complete weekly/monthly market surveys and update weekly pricing.
  • Inputs all activity and customer information into company-provided databases in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Utilizes the interactive pricing application pricing tool with every lease transaction and accurately records all data to support the company's goals and initiatives.
  • Works in a team environment, supporting all team members to exceed customer expectations.
  • Supports other centralized departments as directed.
  • Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with residents, employees, and outside contacts.
  • Maintains the company’s customer service and sales standards.
