About The Position

Agape In Home Care is seeking a Regional Leader for immediate hire in Wenatchee, Douglas County. This is a rare opportunity to build Agape’s presence in Wenatchee from the ground up, positioning yourself for great personal and career growth. You will report directly to the Co-Founders and Operations Manager and receive training for future promotion opportunities. The role requires a self-starter with a growth mindset, willing to take on caregiver shifts while building the operation. Initially, you will focus on recruiting Care Professionals. Once a strong team is established, you will work on increasing the customer base through marketing and sales. Depending on your preference and skillset, you can move into general Office/Operations Management, focus on marketing, or take on a new role. This position offers the excitement of a startup with the financial stability of an established firm.

Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited Home Care Aide or CNA program
  • Five years of professional Caregiving experience
  • Driver’s license required
  • Adult CPR & First Aid certification required
  • Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must have a reliable car
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Currently or have been a Care Professional (CNA or HCA) for at least 5 years
  • Potential for much more than Caregiving

Responsibilities

  • Start with Caregiver duties
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
  • Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
  • Engage patients in exercises or other activities
  • Act as a backup Caregiver
  • Move into recruitment duties
  • Identify the best sources for Care Professional recruitment
  • Conduct interviews, and orientations.
  • Retain great Care Professionals
  • Finish with marketing / sales duties
  • Attend local networking events
  • Establish yourself as a trusted industry member
  • Attain referrals from area hospitals, clinics and other sources
  • Increase the number of service hours weekly
