About The Position

The Bath Authority is seeking a Regional Installation Manager (RIM) to oversee all installation-related activities in their assigned region. This role involves recruiting and training installers, managing labor bills, approving post-installation services, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential wet & dry space installation or a strong construction background.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wet and dry space bath remodeling.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Competent in the use of technology and able to function proficiently.
  • Well organized and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proactive approach to managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions, company expectations, and ability to work within the organization to deliver win-win solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • One day bath installation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of installations in multiple locations within a region, requiring daily/weekly travel.
  • Monitor labor and material costs in accordance with branch budgets.
  • Maintain installer capacity to support revenue goals.
  • Review installation schedules with customers.
  • Review operational concerns with Leadership.
  • Perform job measures as needed.
  • Handle all service and warranty issues as needed.
  • Communicate with Customer Experience on any installation or scheduling issues.
  • Perform job site visits to ensure installations are in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Support warehouse staff as needed with staging and material inventory.
  • Ensure all safety standards are reviewed and implemented in the field.
  • Conduct installation and safety meetings weekly with installation teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
