The Regional Team Manager has a key role in managing our field resources. The primary role is to lead the field service technician group, gauge the quality of their work, and help coordinate their deployment on service projects as well as coaching and mentoring the respective team. As the field team’s conduit to senior leadership, you are expected to communicate issues and offer ideas to continually improve our work environment. Thorough Understanding of Restaurant operations, including POS, technical concepts and computer networking: Specifically Toast or Square and a willingness to learn other platforms as required The leadership also expects you to continue to keep informed of new features and technologies that build your personal capabilities within our organization.
