About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IFS Regional Operations Manager to oversee integrated facilities management operations across assigned client accounts and/or regions. This leadership role is responsible for managing facility operations, staff, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, facilities/maintenance expertise, and business acumen to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent facilities/operations management experience considered.
5+ years of facilities, operations, or maintenance management experience.
Previous leadership/supervisory experience required.
Strong budgeting, financial, and contract management skills.
Knowledge of commercial building operations and maintenance practices.
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead daily facilities operations, repair, and maintenance activities across assigned accounts.
Manage budgets, operating costs, financial reporting, and subcontractor/vendor performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding facilities operations and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with client contracts, service standards, and safety requirements.
Develop and maintain emergency response, preventative maintenance, and operational plans.
Hire, train, mentor, and manage maintenance and operations staff.
Conduct inspections and quality reviews of facilities and maintenance work.
Negotiate change orders, additional work, and subcontractor agreements as needed.
Support business development by identifying new opportunities within client accounts.
