About The Position

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in IFS (an iPipeline product), service request management, deployments, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with related modules and proficiency in iGrafx workflows to streamline business processes and ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IFS/iPipeline product suite.
• Experience in service request handling and deployment management.
• Familiarity with related modules and their integration points.
• Proficiency in workflow design tools, particularly iGrafx.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in financial services or insurance domain.
• Exposure to process optimization and automation projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices for service management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IFS/iPipeline product implementations across business units.
• Handle service requests and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Oversee deployment activities, including planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize related modules.
• Design, document, and maintain workflows using iGrafx for process automation and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in system management.
