Position Summary: The Quality Specialist will support drive a culture of quality across all U.S. locations by performing audits, supporting regulatory compliance in boutiques and warehouses, and ensuring the highest standards in food safety. This role will also oversee water and ice testing, conduct in-depth complaint analyses to identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement throughout the organization, partnering with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction is top of mind and effectiveness of action plans.
