About The Position

As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to Operations leaders, helping shape the team member experience across the field. You’ll Make a Difference by aligning people strategies with business goals to drive engagement, retention, and performance. You’ll Serve with Heart by supporting leaders and Family Members through coaching, employee relations guidance, and fair, consistent HR practices. By collaborating closely with Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR partners, you’ll Win as One, ensuring alignment and shared accountability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience (restaurant or multi‑unit preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law
  • Proven experience partnering with operational leadership
  • Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and influence skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Candidates must reside within the region they support and be able to travel throughout that area as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large, multi‑unit or field‑based organizations
  • Background in Talent Acquisition or workforce planning
  • PHR and/or SHRM‑CP certification
  • Experience leading or mentoring HR team members
  • Strong change‑management and organizational development experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations leaders on people and talent strategies
  • Lead and support employee relations investigations and resolution
  • Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, and development
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent planning
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and execution
  • Analyze HR and turnover trends to inform solutions and action plans
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Support onboarding and integration of new leaders and support roles
  • Guide leaders through organizational change and business initiatives
