About The Position

As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing various HR functions within the organization. This multifaceted position involves assisting your facilities with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and regulations. The Regional Human Resources Manager will be responsible for guiding and supporting facility HR staff and visiting facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the development of HR strategies that align with the overall organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to HR teams within the designated area.
  • Travel to different facilities to audit and train HR staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor HR staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Update and communicate HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Identify opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and events.
  • Seek feedback from employees and implement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.
