Select Medical is seeking a Regional Human Resources Director (RHRD) for a remote position that requires 50% - 70% travel. Hospital experience is strongly preferred. Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required.
• Five years applicable and progressive experience in Human Resource management required.
• PC proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Human Resources and Microsoft EXCEL and WORD.
• Excellent independent research and project management skills.
• Superior attention to detail and to task-prioritization/organization under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and team skills with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with mature judgment and integrity.
• Approximately 50% -70% travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Development, oversight, and implementation of all of the Human Resource programs, policies, and procedures.
• Drive the adoption of current HR best practices and deliver timely, effective and innovative support to multiple hospitals in all areas of HR administration, including wage, compensation and benefits analysis and administration, employee relations, engagement and workplace safety, worker’s compensation, EEO issues, leadership and talent development, communications, recruitment, and HR training.
• Serve as a resource for the field on HR policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between field management and Corporate HR functions to meet The Select Medical Way goals in keeping our patients and each other safe, delivering an exceptional patient and employee experience and meeting the annual business plan.
