About The Position
GROWING company is looking for a Regional HR Director to lead an HR team to provide the full range of HR support to four of the company’s locations in TX and OK. SUMMARY: - Will lead a team of 4+ HR professionals to provide the full range of HR support to around 900 employees (and growing) located in the company’s manufacturing plants/offices in Northeast TX and OK. - Will work closely with plant leadership - Hands-on, as well as strategic, role
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Leadership experience
- Self-starter with a creative/innovative mindset
- Able to travel up to 30% within Northeast TX and parts of OK
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting multiple locations is a plus
