Requirements
- Based in Farmington, NM
- Marketing services in New Mexico and the four corners area
- Preparing proposals
- Attending applicable conferences
- Actively participating in engineering societies
- Maintaining sales activities in Salesforce
- Budgeting for administration of contracts, collections, and project closeouts
- Oversight Engineer for AASHTO accreditation
- Performing bi-yearly assessments of employee performance
- Budgeting for continuing education units
- Maintaining PE license
Responsibilities
- Be based in Farmington at the office located on Lorena Avenue.
- Staff up at your discretion and additional staff to support the field engineering and laboratory needs.
- Market services in the state of New Mexico and in the four corners area in preparing proposals, attending applicable conferences, and actively participating in engineering societies to promote our services.
- Maintain sales activities in SALESFORCE and budgeting for the administration of contracts, collections, and project closeouts.
- Be the Oversite Engineer for the AASHTO accreditation (Farmington Laboratory).
- Perform bi-yearly assessments of employee performance under your purview.
- Budget and pick one conference per year to maintain your continuing education units in maintenance of your PE license, subject to the Division President approval.
