About The Position

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
• Strong operational knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, storage, retrieval, and transportation
• Clear communication, confident leadership, and ability to drive team accountability
• Understanding of WMS, RF systems, and warehouse financial processes
• Ability to build positive relationships and develop people at every level
• Experience with OSHA, FDA, food-safety, and other regulated warehouse operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting or maintaining BRCGS certification is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide teams while strengthening a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
• Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory flow, picking, shipping, and returns
• Champion safety and food-safety compliance (OSHA, FDA, and internal standards)
• Manage KPIs and collaborate with Engineering to improve processes and facility efficiency
• Lead labor planning, budgeting, and P&L performance
• Partner with HR to recruit, coach, and retain top talent
• Build strong community relationships and support local business development initiatives
