About The Position

In this role, you’ll oversee multiple dealership locations, drive accountability across all departments, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and strong financial results. Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-location or dealership environment
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing financial performance and KPIs
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive accountability
  • Experience with dealership systems (IDS or similar) and reporting tools preferred
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills—you build trust, alignment, and momentum
  • Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on execution

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dealership systems (IDS or similar) and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance, operations, and growth across multiple dealership locations
  • Drive accountability through KPIs, financial oversight, and performance management
  • Develop and support department managers to build strong, high-performing teams
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute company strategy and key initiatives
  • Oversee inventory, promotions, and operational planning across the region
  • Resolve escalated operational, employee, and customer issues
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, expansion, and long-term growth
