This position is in Cargill's specialized portfolio enterprise, serving diverse businesses that support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt, and Cargill joint ventures. The Regional Food Safety Quality and Regulatory POD Lead is a critical member of the business and leadership team, responsible for providing food safety, quality, and regulatory leadership for a group of plants in a sub-region or hub. This role involves partnering with stakeholders across the country and with regional colleagues to align strategies and processes, driving continuous improvement across the region. The role also participates with corporate leadership to drive continuous improvement of corporate policies and procedures.
