About The Position

As a Regional Fleet Strategist at SIXT, you will help maximize the performance and profitability of our fleet across North America. You will use data, forecasting, and scenario analysis to determine how vehicles should be allocated, moved, and utilized across markets. Working closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Purchasing, Finance, and Remarketing, you will turn complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Experience using financial, operational, or commercial data to support forecasting, scenario planning, and business decisions.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
Strong communication skills and the executive presence to explain your recommendations and challenge decisions with data.
Intellectual curiosity, a strong sense of ownership, and a demonstrated interest in using technology, automation, and AI to solve business problems.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Develop and continuously optimize regional fleet plans based on demand, utilization, revenue, and profitability.
Build rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to anticipate fleet needs and identify opportunities or risks.
Analyze fleet performance, including utilization, placement, transfers, one-way activity, holding periods, and lifecycle performance.
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior leaders and confidently challenge assumptions when the data supports a different direction.
Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Remarketing to improve fleet decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and decision-making through automation, business intelligence, and emerging technologies including AI.
