About The Position

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for teaching others? We are seeking a Regional Field Trainer to bridge the gap between corporate technology and front-line execution. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on janitorial procedures, chemical safety, and industry-specific software. You will ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge and technical skills to deliver high-quality service while maintaining strict safety standards. Schedule & Travel Expectations This role requires a flexible, field-first approach to support our teams when and where they work. Weekly Structure: Tuesday – Thursday: Your time will be spent in the field at various sites. Monday & Friday: Your time spent in the office for planning and reporting. Shifts: 80% First Shift (Daytime training and management meetings). 20% Second Shift (Evening training to support night-shift operations). Travel: 80% local travel within the market; 20% out-of-state travel.

Requirements

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of experience training hourly employees, preferably in the janitorial, hospitality, or fast-food industries.
  • Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite. Ability to learn and troubleshoot proprietary software quickly.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage both small groups and large audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Training: Lead training sessions on software applications and technology-based programs specific to the janitorial industry.
  • Operational Excellence: Train front-line employees on equipment usage, floor/carpet care, chemical safety (per provider guidelines), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Quality Control: Evaluate inspection data to identify performance gaps; provide targeted training to overcome quality concerns and ensure compliance with the Scope of Work.
  • Safety Leadership: Teach field safety techniques under the direction of the Safety Manager to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
  • Program Rollouts: Assist in the development and execution of training for new service offerings or company-wide programs.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with branch, field, and site management to ensure learning objectives align with local needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed tracking of all team member training for evaluation and compliance purposes.
