Regional Field Marketing Manager

Hansen•Statesboro, GA

About The Position

The Regional Field Marketing Manager, US exists to turn face to face and live interaction into pipeline. The role owns the event programme for the United States and Canada, the campaigns that drive the right people to attend, the meetings booked in advance, and the follow up that converts those conversations into accepted opportunities. The territory covers North America, where Hansen holds its largest concentration of customers and where churn has risen sharply. Customer events and installed base engagement carry as much weight in the programme as new logo acquisition. The role works to the territory marketing plan and budget set by the Head of Marketing, US, and owns the event programme within it. Positioning, messaging, brand and the wider channel mix sit elsewhere in the function. This role applies them at the point of physical and live contact with the market. The measure of the role is not attendance or delegate count. It is meetings held with the right accounts and the pipeline that follows.
